专利说明:
Title: Holder element for a holder on the handlebars of a bicycle The invention relates to a holder element for a holder, in particular a basket or a bag, on the handlebars of a bicycle, with a bracket bent out of a rod, a middle part engaging the handlebars front or a handlebar rod and two relative to each other has legs extending above the handlebars on both sides of the front building, the free ends of which can be connected to a holder or a connecting part connectable thereto. The brackets are in principle very easy to manufacture for control of different diameters. They can also absorb great forces. However, the problem is to reliably connect the bracket to the handlebar. The brackets must be secured against lateral shifting or unintentional removal of the handlebar. The solutions known to date for securing the bracket to the handlebar are either relatively expensive to manufacture, so that it is also expensive to use these means for a multitude of produce different steering diameters, or they are not very reliable, such as for example an elastic cord or the like. The invention has for its object to provide a holder element of the type mentioned in the preamble, which is simple and cost-effective to manufacture, is reliable in use and is easy to assemble, This object is solved with a holder element of the type mentioned in the preamble by, according to the invention, fixing elements for fixing the bracket legs to the handlebar, by providing fixing elements for fixing the bracket to the handlebar, the fixing elements being adapted for the handlebar being closely surrounded and wherein the fixing elements are provided with connecting means for securely connecting an arm of the bracket. The fastening elements according to the invention do not experience great forces. They do not have to absorb the carrying forces exerted by the holder on the holder element. They only have to secure the legs of the handlebar bracket against shifting or unintentional removal. They are easy to manufacture, for example from plastic as injection-molded parts, and can therefore be manufactured without great costs. By providing connecting means for securely connecting the arm of the bracket to the holder element, the bracket can be fixed relative to the holder element and sliding or removal of the bracket from the holder element can be prevented. By arranging the fastening elements to closely surround the handlebar, the fastening elements can be fixedly connected with respect to the handlebar, so that sliding of the fastening elements relative to the handlebar or rotation of the fastening elements relative to the handlebar can be prevented. The fastening elements can be provided as a flexible strap or as a strap or a clamp with an internal shape corresponding to the shape of the handlebar. Securing means, such as a cord or a bolt, can be provided for securing the securing elements to the handlebar. By providing the fastening element with fastening means which cooperate with the fastening means, the arm or the rod-shaped bracket can be fastened relative to the fastening element. For example, the connecting means can be provided as loops or as an eye through which the arm of the bracket can be inserted. By cooperating with the fixing means, for example a bolt, the arm of the bracket can be fixed in the eye of the fixing element. The eye is preferably positioned near the opening through which the bolt can be fixed and the eye can be partially closed with, for example, the head of the bolt. Thus, the arm can be secured in the eye by the bolt, and the securing element can be secured around the handlebar by the bolt. Rotation and / or removal of the three-dimensional bracket relative to the handlebar and / or of the three-dimensional bracket relative to the mounting element can be prevented. By providing fastening elements for securing the bow legs to the handlebar, which each have a flexible band surrounding the handlebar, the free ends of which can be connected to each other and which has at least one loop slidable over the respective legs on the side remote from the handlebar . The fastening elements are simply slid over the free leg ends over the leg with the loops and subsequently mounted on the handlebar as a simple loop clamp. An adaptation to different handlebar diameters can follow in a simple manner by providing several fastening eyes, so that the tape ends can be connected to each other at different places. The following description illustrates the invention on the basis of an exemplary embodiment. Hereby shows: FIG. 1 is a partly schematic side view of a first embodiment of a holder element according to the invention mounted on a handlebar front frame; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a bracket only; FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a fastening element of the first embodiment only; FIG. 4 is an exploded view of a second embodiment of a holder element according to the invention; and FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view of the second embodiment. The figures are essentially merely schematic representations of exemplary embodiments of the invention which do not serve as limiting examples. The figures are purely schematic and will not be to scale. In the figures, the same or corresponding parts are indicated with the same reference numerals. In FIG. 1 denotes a handlebar front 10 which holds a handlebar 12 cut perpendicular to its axis. The holder element 50 intended for holding a basket or a bag on the handlebar 12 comprises a holder shown in FIG. 2 bracket 14, shown in more detail, which is bent from a metal rod and has a middle part 16 and two legs 18 parallel to each other. The bracket 14 is bent three-dimensionally so that it is similar to the illustration in FIG. 1 with its middle part below the front wall 10, the legs 18 gripping the handlebar 12. The two straight end parts 20 of the legs 18 are screwed with their free ends to the U-legs 22 of a U-shaped connecting part 24, which is a fast coupling (not further shown) for the holder element of a holder. The U-legs 22 of the connecting part 24 bear semi-spherical studs 28 on their outer sides, between which the straight part 20 of a leg 18 can enclose in order to determine a specific pivotal position of the connecting part relative to the bracket 14. FIG. 3 shows a fastening element 30 for securing a leg 18 to the handlebar 12. Here, the fastening element 30 is made of a flexible material, preferably plastic, made of one part and consists of a band 32 comprising connecting means 34. The band 32 supports one side a plurality of loops 34. A leg 18 of the bracket 14 is inserted through each of these loops 34, the fastening element 30 being displaced on the leg 18 until the loops 34 lie around the substantially semicircular curved part of the leg 18 which is intended for gripping the handlebar 12. Subsequently, the strap 32 is placed around the handlebar 12 and fixed with the aid of securing means 36, 38. The fixing means 36, 38 comprise fastening eyes 36 which are provided at the longitudinal ends of the belt 32 and a screw bolt 38 placed therethrough fixes them to the handlebar 12 in the manner of a rod clamp. A reliable attachment of the bracket 14 to the handlebar 12 is thus achieved. The bracket does not rest directly on the handlebar 12, but on the belt 32, so that metal-to-metal sanding can be avoided. The mounting element 30 can be an injection-molded part made of a suitable plastic or in different lengths, or the belt 32 has a plurality of holes 36 (Fig. 3), so that an adaptation of the mounting element to different steering diameters is possible without great costs. It is also recognized that one and the same fastening element of a certain size can be used to control different diameters. Furthermore, it can be determined that the bracket 14 can of course also be bent in such a way that, with the middle part, it does not undergo a front construction of the handlebar, but is hung on the handlebar itself. FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show a second embodiment of the holder elements 50 according to the invention. As in the first embodiment, shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the holder element comprises a bracket 14. The bracket 14 can preferably be made of metal, for example steel or aluminum, and can be bent three-dimensionally from a single piece of rod. By providing the three-dimensional bracket as a one-piece bracket, the holder element can be more reliable and stiffer and will not tend to sag over time, or by a heavily loaded basket, but can retain its shape approximately. The holder element 50 comprises a fastening element 30 which is arranged as a clamp for tightly enclosing the handlebar 12. The clamp 30 has an internal shape corresponding to the shape of the handlebar 12. Usually, the handlebar 12 is tubular. The fixing element 30 can be fixed with fixing means 38, here bolts 38, for fixing the clamp 30 relative to the handlebar. By sufficiently tightening the bolts 38, movement of the clamp 30 relative to the handlebar can be prevented. Also, by providing a sufficient width of the clamp 30, sufficient friction can be achieved between the clamp 30 and the handlebar 12, so that rotation of the clamp 30 relative to the handlebar 12, for example when a basket is removed from the holder element, be countered. The fastening element 30 can be made of plastic, and by opening the clamp 30 the clamp 30 can be brought around the handlebar 12. Alternatively, the fastening element 30 can be made of metal and a plastic layer can be placed between the clamp 30 and the handlebar 12 to prevent damage and / or corrosion of the handlebar 12 and / or to provide optimum friction between the handlebar 12 and the clamp 30 to prevent rotation of the clamp 30 relative to the handlebar 12, for example when the basket is removed from the holder element. Different dimensions of steering can thus be easily surrounded by the clamp 30, by the shape of the clamp 30 and by a relative flexibility of the clamp 30. The fixing element 30 is furthermore provided with connecting means 34 for firmly connecting the arm 18 of the bracket 14 to the holder element. The connecting means 34 here comprise an eye 40 for receiving the arm 18. The arm 18 can be guided through the eye 40. The inner opening of the eye 40 may be slightly larger than the diameter of the arm 18 to allow the three-dimensional shape bracket 14 to be slid through the eye 40 and / or to provide for the ends of the arms 18 to pass through the can be pushed to the eye. By providing the eye 40, the bracket 14 can be coupled easily and reliably to the arm of the fastening element 30. Sudden release of the bracket 14 from the fastening element 30 can be prevented. By making use of the fixing means 38 in combination with the connecting means, a reliable connection of the bracket 14 with respect to the clamp 30 and the handlebar can be obtained. In one embodiment, the fixing element 30 can be provided with a groove 44 in which the bracket 14 can be received. The groove 44 can be provided on an outer surface of the clamp 30. By fixing the fastening elements 30 around the handlebar 12, the three-dimensional bracket 14 can rest on the front part of the handlebar instead of being fixed on the handlebar, thereby making mounting of the holder element easier. The connecting means 34 are adapted to cooperate with the fixing means, ie the bolt 38. By placing the eye 40 near the bolt opening 42, the eye 40 can be partially closed by the bolt 38, in particular by a head of the bolt 38. Thus, by fixing the bolt 38, the arm 18 can be fixedly connected to the clamp 30. In a relatively easy, simple and reliable manner, it can thus be prevented that the clamp 30 rotates around the handlebar and / or that the rod-shaped bracket 14 rotates around the handlebar and / or prevents the rod-shaped bracket 14 from sliding relative to the clamp 30. The bolt 38 can for instance be provided with a conical head to allow play between the three-dimensional bracket and the mounting element 30. lifting. Although the invention has been elucidated on the basis of two embodiments by means of examples, many variants are possible and will be clear to the skilled person. For example, the eye can be combined with the opening of the bolt into a single relatively large opening, or the eye can be provided as a separate part that can be connected to the bracket via the bolt or via other means such as, for example, a cutting or click connection. A separate pin can also be used instead of an eye. For example, the mounting element can be provided with flanges on both sides of the mounting element with openings through which the pin can be placed to secure the three-dimensional bracket to the mounting element. For example, in order to connect the three-dimensional bracket to the fastening element, the pin can be provided as a conical pin, so that some play between the three-dimensional bracket and the fastening element can be eliminated. The fixing element can also be provided, for example by clamping a clip on the three-dimensional bracket on the fixing element. All variants are understood to be included within the scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
